Maybe that they fit, but they are not cheap and in Germany you Need papers (ABE or TÜV) that allow you to use the wheels for your car

Yes, if you have original Fiat-Rims which you can buy with your car, you don´t Need These Papers. But if you want to drive Alfa-Rims on an Fiat Tipo, it will be complicated to get papers for them

So I buy a set of wheels. Then what? In my zullasungshein is already 205 / 55-16.
It depends on what you are going to buy. If you buy original Fiat-Tipo-wheels with 205/55-16 you can Mount and drive them without having to do more.
But if you buy aftermarket-wheels (for example dezent, ronal...) there are 2 versions of what you have to do:
Version 1 - rim-wheel-combination has an "ABE" (type approval) then you can mount them , put the documents into the car and leave it there (!) as you have to be able to show these documents everytime
Version 2 - rim-wheel-combination has only "TÜV Gutachten" (official expertise) then you can mount them, but after that you have to drive to an consultant organisation (TÜV, Dekra, GTÜ....), show them car documents (Fahrzeugschein) and rim documents (TÜV Gutachten), they will check if everything is ok and give you an "correction of car documents" which you have to add to your car documents and carry them with you everytime you drive your car...
Sometimes rules in germany are very very complicated... but ignoring or breaking these rules can be very expensive!
